All plats have frontage on the beach except APN 065-320-009. All plats have either direct access to utilities or have easements connecting to utilities. All plats are legal in full compliance with a certification from a licensed engineer. Four of the six parcels listed have a recorded Certificate of Compliance issued by the County of Santa Barbara. (APN 065-320-001; APN 065-320-002; APN 065-320-007; APN065-320-008). A Certificate of Compliance relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto.
